We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Payments
Payment for shop products are to be made in full and cleared by our financial party (e.g. Paypal) prior to despatch of purchases. For shop purchases made via Paypal, please note you do not need a paypal account to pay via their secure site. Please refer to the paypal site for details during checkout to pay using your credit / debit card directly.
Payment for other services (eg Henna, Make-up), usually require a non-refundable 50% deposit of total total cost to book the date.

Refunds
Please note that refunds are looked at individually, please contact us. if you wish to claim a refund for any reason.

Delivery
Shop purchases are dispatched by first class Royal mail, usually within 48 hours of your order, this allows time for any fresh products to be made. We will notify you when your product(s) are despatched by email. If you require a different method of delivery please contact us.
Please allow enough time for you items to reach you by first class post, this can vary seasonally, please consult the Royal Mail website for details.

Delays
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may be delayed. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed if this happens.
